What we have here is a very nice example of a restored 1953 Studebaker Champion with 27,202 (unknown) miles on the odometer. She is finished in Pale Blue and complemented by a Gray Split Bench, Cloth interior. Overall, this car is in very good condition and ready for a new home. FYI, the VIN on this car is the Body Number found on the firewall; for those interested, the Serial Number from the A Pillar data plate is GI255408 and photographs of both are included.

This 1953 Studebaker Champion is part of an estate sale and has been in storage for 3 years. She was professionally painted by the previous owner with many new parts having been acquired as part of the restoration process. In total, over $20,000 was spent bringing her back to life. What she needs is a really good detailing and TLC to make the restoration shine. The interior is in nice condition including the upholstery, the panels and the headliner and again, they are in need of some TLC. She is powered by her original 170cid, 85hp Flat Head 6 - 1bbl motor, coupled to her original 3 Speed Column Shift Manual. She has a factory AM radio that still works (you have to let the tubes warm up!!!) and there is nothing to do except drive maintain and polish her; the car is ready to serve the needs of a new owner.
